Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Game 3F website at game-3f.in or the Game 3F mobile application. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Game 3F. By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years or older
  • Real-money gaming is not prohibited in your state or region
  • You are not a resident of Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, or Telangana (where skill gaming may be restricted)
  • You are playing for personal entertainment and not on behalf of a business

2. Account Registration

You may register one account per mobile number. Multiple accounts per user are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent banning and forfeiture of winnings. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

  • All deposits are made voluntarily and are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy
  • Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100
  • KYC verification may be required for withdrawals above certain thresholds
  • Withdrawals are processed within 5-30 minutes on standard banking days
  • We reserve the right to hold withdrawals for fraud review

4. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using bots, scripts, or automated software
  • Collusion with other players
  • Exploiting software bugs or glitches
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Any form of fraud or misrepresentation
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack the app

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Sign-up bonuses, referral rewards, and promotional bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal. Game 3F reserves the right to modify, cancel, or expire promotions at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Game 3F platform, including graphics, logos, game mechanics, and software, is the intellectual property of Game 3F Team. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Game 3F shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the preceding 30 days.

8. Responsible Gaming

We encourage responsible gaming. If you feel you may have a gambling problem, please set deposit limits in your account settings or contact us to temporarily suspend your account. Game 3F supports responsible gaming practices.

9. Modifications to Terms

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
